Ann went above and beyond my expectations. I came in with a strong understanding of health and nutrition, so was naturally skeptical at first that Ann would be able to help me get back on track with my health goals since I couldn't seem to help myself. Let me say - Ann is great. She has an extremely wide knowledge base, and in each session, she was able to pull from so many different places to meet me where I was at. While I would come into our sessions feeling frustrated that I hadn't been able to stick to the goals we had set for the week, Ann was a great coach because she helped me understand 'why' rather than simply suggesting I try harder next week. The thing that really stood out to me with Ann was that she was interested in understanding the root cause of not being able to stick to health goals - I was always impressed when she perceptively brought in deep topics like forgiveness, survival modes, and relationships that turned out to be super relevant and helpful to my progress. Bottom line - even if you think you know it all, Ann really brings another valuable element to the table with her adaptable and open coaching style, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to improve any aspect of their health or life.
